• What is a mailing club?

  A mailing club is a subscription service where a product is sent to your door once a month. My mailing club includes 1-2 vinyl stickers every month and a printed note from me. Additionally, my mailing club includes behind the scenes content and updates from me not found on my website/other social media.
• How much does it cost, and how do I sign up?

  US Residents: 7.50 USD
  International Residents: 9.00 USD
  The mailing club is run through my Ko-fi page. Ko-fi is a service similar to Patreon, where you can sign up for the subscription and see behind the scenes content. You can sign up here. Please make a Ko-fi account so you can keep up with updates and rewards easier!
• What kind of exclusive content can I expect from mailing club?

  I will post breakdowns of finished illustrations, artworks, and animations on Ko-fi. I will often post process videos of commissions or client work. You will get to see my personal style and what I’m learning overtime in my art career. There will be occasional special rewards for all mailing club members, which is elaborated here.
• What is the super sparklecats membership and what does it include?

  While the mailing club is more of a product and service, the super sparklecats members are my personal patrons. This membership is for people who want to support my art regularly and be involved with my process. I’ll send exclusive stickers and merchandise right to your door, and let you into a discord channel where I post all my progress updates. These members are like my grantors and clients with no deadlines - they just want to support my work and see me grow!

Mailing, Shipping & Subscriptions

• When are stickers mailed / when will they arrive?

  Stickers are mailed on the first day of the next month. So if you subscribed for the March sticker, it will be sent on April 1st. If there are any delays with the mail caused by me being out for work (sick, travel etc) I will post an update on Ko-fi in the “posts” category.
  Stickers are sent by letter mail. It can take 3-14 business days. Sometimes the mail can take an extra long time, up to 21 business days. The current state of the American post office has made it a little slower than usual.
• Can I just get one sticker?

  Yes! If you’d like to get just the sticker for this month, sign up on Ko-fi, wait for the cute sticker you ordered and just unsubscribe before it renews.
• I think my mail is lost, it hasn’t arrived?

  Mail gets lost pretty frequently. If you have waited over 21 business days and your mail hasn’t arrived, I will mail you another one free of charge. Please report lost mail through Ko-fi’s DM system (send me a message on Ko-fi through your account).

Rewards

• What additional rewards are available through the mailing club?

  For both the mailing club members and super sparklecats members, I am currently offering what I have coined “Duration Rewards”. These are rewards that are sent to you based on the time period of your subscription. They will change every calendar year. Ko-fi keeps track of how long members have been subscribed, and it still does this in the event a member unsubscribes for one month and then resubscribes for another month. In order for this to work, you MUST have an account on Ko-fi so it will keep track of your months.

• When is the extra merchandise sent out for super sparklecats subscribers? How does it work?

  Super sparklecat subscribers will be sent additional merchandise every 4-6 months. Basically, if I add a new item to my shop, I will automatically send it to every super sparklecats subscriber. To save on shipping costs, I try to send the rewards packaged together. Small prints and stickers may be sent in addition to the monthly sticker and arrive more frequently. For shirts and items that require sizing, I will message you over Ko-fi’s messaging system to ask about your size.
